CAN YOU TREAT MY ENTIRE FAMILY?

Yes! We offer dental services for your entire family, starting as young as 6 months. We specialize in all general dentistry treatments.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TREATMENT?

We accept and file most dental insurance plans; please call our office to inquire about how we can work with your insurance provider. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash payments.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?

We offer options to assit you with paying for your dental treatments and procedures. Call our office to see how we can help.

CAN I SCHEDULE AN EMERGENCY VISIT?

Have you had an accident? An unexpected injured tooth? Experiencing tooth or gum pain? We offer emergency dental care, please call our office in case of an emergency.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We pride ourselves in providing extra time for the personal attention each patient deserves. We respect your time and make every effort to keep you from waiting. As a result, your appointment time in this office is reserved exclusively for you.
We reserve the right to charge patients who do not reschedule with adequate notice, or who fail to keep their scheduled appointment.
In order to be respectful of the needs of Country Lakes Family Dental patients, if it is necessary to cancel your reserved appointment we require that you contact our office 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach our office staff, you may leave a detailed message on the office voicemail. You may not cancel a scheduled appointment via email.
Failure to be present at the time of a reserved appointment will result in a $50.00 charge for all dental hygiene appointments and a $100.00 charge for all appointments scheduled with Dr. Artho.
If our staff is successful in filling your appointment time with another patient, there will be no broken appointment charge.
